Stainless Steel Thimbles reinforce eyes made by looping the end of wire ropes and provide a longer lasting wear surface & help to support the wire rope eye.

Simply loop the cable around the outer groove and secure with a ferrule or wire rope grip.

The Standard Thimble is available in sizes ranging from 2mm to 32mm to ensure a perfect fit for every project. 

This thimble is made from grade 316/304 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance and durability.

It is ideal for marine and industrial rigging and wire rope applications.

When the wire rope is terminated with a loop, there is a risk that it will bend too tightly, especially when the loop is connected to a device that spreads the load over a relatively small area. A thimble can be installed inside the loop to preserve the natural shape of the loop, and protect the cable from pinching and abrading on the inside of the loop. The use of thimbles in loops is industry best practice. The thimble prevents the load from coming into direct contact with the wires.

A2:Every process will be checked by our quality inspection department which insures every product's quality. In the production of products, we will personally go to the factory to check the quality of products.
Q3.How long is your delivery time ?
A3:It depends on if we have stock or not ,if we have the stock goods,we can delivery it within 3 days after receive the payment.And normally our production time is in 20 days for one container (20-26 tons) .
Q4. What is your payment method ?
A4:30% value of T/T in advance and the balance 70% before delivery .
Q5.How is your quality ? And what if we don’t satisfied your quality ?
A5:We produce your order strictly by your request.If the quality was not acceptable,we will refund to you .

A6:We are very confident in our products,and we pack them very well to make sure the goods in well protection.
